Information for Homebuyers 

Within the Locking Parklands development, up to 1,800 new homes are planned, including nearly 20% that will be specifically for first-time buyers.

The next step in the process is the appointment, by the Homes and Communities Agency and the South West of England Regional Development Agency, of a preferred development partner who will take forward this part of the project. It is expected that the development partner will be appointed in the first half of 2008.
