Welcome to Locking Parklands

Locking Parklands is the former RAF Training School on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare. It is being redeveloped by English Partnerships, the government's regeneration agency, and the South West of England Regional Development Agency.

A highly sustainable community will be created, set within landscaped parklands and forming an attractive and enjoyable place to live and work.

The site will include high-quality business accommodation, an Incubation Centre for high-tech company start-ups and 1,800 new homes, as well as creating new jobs and a range of leisure and community facilities.

Its name represents the site’s historic past and its mature parkland appearance, while signifying the start of a new era.

This website is designed to track this long-term project and provide essential information to the potential homebuyers and businesses who will help build up this new community.
