As well as homes, Locking Parklands will deliver up to 2,000 new jobs and around 45,000 sq ft of high quality business space. This includes, as part of phase one, a terrace of small office units and detailed planning consent for a 11,000 sq ft office building and 30,000 sq ft Innovation Centre.
