Locking Parklands is being built in phases, with dedicated housebuilders for each distinct character area. This means that, while the houses are all sympathetic to their location, there is also variety and an individual character within each of the defined locales of Locking Parklands.

The Locking Parklands Design Code will be used by each housebuilder to ensure high quality design is maintained throughout the development.

Curo will deliver Phase 4 of development, consisting of 124 homes. Located at the heart of this new community, Phase 4 will offer a wide range of homes for sale, social rent and shared ownership, from 1- and 2-bedroom apartments to 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom family homes in a variety of styles and finishes.

Phases 8 and 10 will see Vistry will deliver 229 homes through their Countryside Homes housebuilding division, as well as the first phase of the high street at Locking Parklands, located between the Primary and Secondary School.
